Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership Agreement:
All applicants must agree to and accept the terms and conditions BEFORE their application and payment will be
allowed into our system. Read this Agreement, and retain it for your records.
Corporate Sponsorship:
Presti Funding, Ltd. (DBA: Pay Rent Plan) is a Corporate Limited Partnership with its principal place of business
in Houston, Texas. The website address (URL) for Pay Rent Plan is www.PayRentGetCredit.com
Cancellation and Refunds:
Your membership may be cancelled up to three (3) days after your initial signup by logging into your account and
following the appropriate directions. All monthly fees are non-refundable, unless you cancel your membership within
three (3) days of your initial signup. If you do cancel within three (3) days of your initial sign-up you will receive
a full refund minus a $9.95 account cancellation and refund-processing fee. Your refund check will be mailed to the
address on your application. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for any qualifying refund to be processed and received.
You agree to pay any and all accrued, unbilled charges or fees to your account for the complete contract period of twelve
(12) months, so long as you have not cancelled within three (3) days of your initial signup. Once your membership has been
approved we will start to service your account immediately. However, because of the specific nature of the verification
and reporting process to the National Credit Bureaus we will be unable to refund your initial signup fee and monthly
servicing fees if you choose to cancel your membership after the three (3) day grace period. If you have any questions

Remember:
1. The longer you report your rent the more you and your credit will benefit.
2. The longer you have rented the more you and your credit will benefit.
3. Once a credit item appears on your report it will stay there for up to 7 years. So once you report your rent payment, and
it shows on your report, you will benefit for up to 7 years.
4. When you start reporting a rental account, you will start to benefit from the date you started renting at
that address for up to 24 prior months, and then going forward, month-to-month, into the future for as long as
you want to build your credit profile and boost your credit score.
5. Make sure you make your monthly rental payments on time in accordance with your rental agreement. If you pay your
rent more than 31 days late, it will be reported as a late payment on your credit report. (The idea is to report
positive on-time payments, not negative late payments. Discipline yourself and pay all your bills on time. It’s the
best way to build credit.)
6. If you move before your twelve (12) month contract period has expired, you will have the option of forming a new
account with your new address for a minimal fee of $49.95. If you choose not to create a new account with your new
address, but decide to cancel your membership instead, no refund will be issued.
7. Reporting your rent does not guarantee you a higher credit score, because many factors affect your score, although reporting
your rent does increase the amount of accurate information about you on your credit report.
8. It takes an average of 10-30 days to verify your information and another 30-60 days for the data to be uploaded and made
available to the members of the National Credit Reporting Association.
9. Your account might show up on one or many of the major bureau reports depending on which bureaus will accept your rental data.
10. We will contact you if we have any problems verifying your account information.
Fraud Resolution:
We cooperate completely with all law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of fraud, with regard to the purchase and use of our
products. If you believe your account was fraudulently charged for the purchase price of our product, we will make every effort
to aid in a resolution. Before we can take any action, please mail a copy of the official report filed with your local
Police or law enforcement agency detailing the suspected fraudulent act and also a copy of the portion of your account statement
showing the date and amount of the withdrawal. Please allow us 2 weeks for resolution after we receive the report and statement.
Please alert us by email of any suspected fraud immediately and concurrently with filing your police report.
Payment Agreement:
I agree to pay up to $149.95 to Pay Rent Plan, to initiate and establish a twelve (12) month rental payment
verification and reporting service membership.
I understand that Pay Rent Plan will service and make available my monthly rental payments and accurate
account data to the credit bureaus, assuming the payments can be verified. If a problem occurs verifying my
account, I understand Pay Rent Plan will contact me at the email I provided.
I authorize Pay Rent Plan to charge up to $149.95, upon joining, to my credit card or to debit my bank account
to establish my new account and initiate the verification and reporting of my monthly rental payments to the bureaus.
I agree and authorize that up to $9.95 be debited from my credit card or bank account to cover 11 additional months
of continuing verification and reporting services including financial literacy and credit education and to maintain my
account active, accurate and up-to-date. (A discount is available for those who choose to make payments quarterly or annually).
I authorize Pay Rent Plan and its vendors to report my monthly rent payments to all of the national credit bureaus on my behalf. (Please note
that your bank and credit card statements will show the transaction as a debit from "Pay Rent Plan")
I agree to allow Pay Rent Plan to send me emails for any unresolved payment or account issues, to update me on
additional services available to build my credit and/or to improve my financial literacy skills.
I agree to allow Pay Rent Plan and its vendors to communicate with my landlord and allow my landlord to provide Pay Rent Plan
with my accurate rental information needed to service my account.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Important: Please read thoroughly before submitting your membership request.
Pay Rent Plan specializes in the servicing of rental plans and the providing of rental
data and other transaction information to one, some, or all of the national credit bureaus on behalf of renters/residents/
tenants/landlords/property management companies and others. Cross promotion with various financial institutions and e-partners
may provide some members with access to credit cards, auto loans, auto leases, mortgages, student loans and other comprehensive
loan programs. However, Pay Rent Plan cannot and does not promise that you will obtain any new credit, such as a credit card, auto loan,
auto lease, mortgage, student loan or other loan program as a result of Pay Rent Plan services. While we feel that you are more likely to
obtain such credit if we are successful in increasing your credit profile through our efforts to report your accurate and on-time
payments, the ultimate credit decision remains with the lender or credit grantor, and we cannot control that process in any way.
Your credit profile will improve because the information on you will be more complete and accurate. However, profile improvement
does not guarantee a higher credit score, since this is dependant on numerous variables that are outside of the control of Pay Rent Plan.
Pay Rent Plan encourages you to be responsible with your credit in order to maintain and increase your credit profile and
credit worthiness. Responsible steps include:
1. Paying any and all bills on time
2. Not applying for more credit than you need, and not exceeding a healthy debt/income ratio.
3. Reporting your non-traditional monthly payments like Rent or Lease payments.
4. Avoiding collections, bankruptcy, and debt consolidation if possible.
5. Do NOT co-sign on loans or lines of credit for others because it might put you at risk.
Current Program
Pay Rent Plan members pay a one-time credit verification, screening, upload, tracking, and reporting fee which include
servicing, submitting and providing your rental performance to the bureaus. Should you switch apartments or decide to
cancel the membership after Pay Rent Plan has started reporting on your behalf you are no longer eligible for a refund.
However, should you switch landlords or units; you may redirect your account for a $49.95 fee for the remainder of the
current contract period.
An estimate of the total charges for a one year membership equals a one-time investment of $149.95 for account setup
and application fees, account verification and processing fees and one months servicing fees. In addition, up to $9.95
a month for 11 months totaling $109.45 a year is also charged and collected. All membership fees and monthly costs are
subject to change without notice, however, should a member change apartment addresses, cancel the service, or decide to
renew their membership for another year they will be notified of any charges in writing to the email address provided by the member.
Your Credit Report:
By joining Pay Rent Plan you authorize Pay Rent Plan and its vendors to verify your rent with the proper authorities and
understand that after Pay Rent Plan is able to verify
your information, your rental data will be made available to all the members of the National Credit Reporting Associations.
This data will be added to your Credit Report within 10-120 days showing your on-time rental payments.
Member agrees to provide Pay Rent Plan necessary personal information as required by Pay Rent Plan, credit-reporting agencies, the Credit Bureaus,
and in requesting verification of positive or derogatory credit information from the landlord of the member. PLEASE UNDERSTAND
THAT NO ONE, INCLUDING PAY RENT PLAN, CAN ADD UNVERIFIED, FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION TO YOUR CONSUMER CREDIT PROFILE.
INFORMATION CAN BE REMOVED FROM A PERSON'S CREDIT PROFILE ONLY IF THE CREDIT HISTORY IS INACCURATE OR OBSOLETE AND IS NOT
CLAIMED TO BE ACCURATE BY THE CREDITOR WHO SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. PAY RENT PLAN WILL SEEK TO HAVE
ANY INACCURATE INFORMATION CORRECTED AND, IF APPROPRIATE, REMOVED BY THE CREDIT BUREAUS IF AND TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED UNDER
APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS, INCLUDING THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT.
Permission / Authorization
Pay Rent Plan will verify and certify the rental information provided by the member. If Pay Rent Plan has a problem verifying your
information you will be contacted. You may be contacted to verify your participation and that indeed you have given
permission to Pay Rent Plan to verify your rent. You agree that promptly upon receipt of any correspondence related to the Pay Rent Plan service,
you will provide permission for Pay Rent Plan to access and report such information on your behalf, you will also forward a copy of
such correspondence to Pay Rent Plan.
Should you deny permission for Pay Rent Plan to service you, or fail to provide the required information and communication for Pay Rent Plan to
service you, you will have forfeited the right to be serviced and will not receive any refund.
Your Pay Rent Plan membership is active as long as your account is in good standing with Pay Rent Plan.
You can always cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the appropriate
directions, however, refunds are only available within three (3) days of signing up for the service.
Member authorizes and empowers Pay Rent Plan, its employees, agents, subcontractors and assignees to perform or engage in any act on behalf of member
related to including, without limitation, the right to verify the members rent and/or lease information.
The specific acts necessary to accomplish the purpose of this agreement shall be at the sole discretion of Pay Rent Plan professional
judgment. The specific acts shall require periodic verification of member's rent.
You agree that when you receive any Pay Rent Plan email advising you that your account needs viewing, updating or additional information,
you will review your account and provide any additional data or assistance necessary.
Further, you shall indemnify and hold harmless Pay Rent Plan, its employees, subcontractors, owners and
agents for any costs, losses, damages or liability for any violation by you of this agreement,
including without limitation if you instruct us to verify or add information, which you know to be inaccurate,
false or outdated.
DISCLOSURES PERTAINING TO ALL MEMBERSHIP PLANS
Billing
Your membership fee and any elective fees or charges will be charged to the credit card or bank card or checking account that you
specified. Payment for the Pay Rent Plan services provided to you is made by automatic credit card or debit card debit, or by
"e-checks" and you hereby authorize Pay Rent Plan authorized payment processing agent to transact such payments on your behalf.
In the event Pay Rent Plan discovers that services were provided but not billed, Pay Rent Plan shall have the right to charge such fees at any
time after such discovery. Pay Rent Plan will attempt to notify you about any pending unbilled charge before processing the charge.
This will be provided by email or telephone contact if available. If any form of payment you supply is not able to be
collected for any reason, Pay Rent Plan may elect to cancel the membership application and close the account to further
service. From time to time, Pay Rent Plan may extend special offers that may waive certain fees.
CHARGE BACKS.
You agree not to report as unauthorized any charge by Pay Rent Plan, for any services for which you do not have good reason
to believe were, in fact, not authorized by you or someone acting on your behalf or with your permission. If you do believe
that a charge was not authorized by you or someone acting on your behalf or with your permission, prior to your initiating
any charge back request, at least five business days before initiating such charge back, you will send us written notification
containing your name, your Pay Rent Plan user ID and a specific statement that you intend to initiate a charge back, and the
reason you intend to initiate the charge back.
We take our members and our service very seriously and we hope that if you are ever dissatisfied you will
give us the chance to attempt to rectify the situation. You may contact someone about an issue, concern or

Hold Harmless
Any dispute arising hereunder or related to services provided by Pay Rent Plan, its officers, agents, representatives,
vendors, or owners shall be governed by Texas law and
resolved by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the
extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any right to, and agree not to, join in any class action against
Pay Rent Plan, its officers, agents, vendors, subcontractors, representatives or owners. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any
liability of Pay Rent Plan, its officers, agents, subcontractors, representatives, vendors, or owners hereunder shall be limited to the actual membership fees and charges paid by the member.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder
of this agreement shall continue in effect. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT
OR OTHERWISE. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY OF THEM MAY FILE A COPY OF THIS PARAGRAPH WITH ANY COURT AS WRITTEN EVIDENCE
OF THE KNOWING, VOLUNTARY AND BARGAINED-FOR AGREEMENT AMONG THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY TO WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY AND THAT
ANY PROCEEDING WHATSOEVER BETWEEN THEM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY OF THE CONTEMPLATED SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN
OR ON OUR WEBSITE SHALL INSTEAD BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CLICKING THE "I AGREE"
BUTTON ABOVE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE RESULTS IN WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY
DISPUTE OR ANY OTHER CLAIM.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Presti Funding, Ltd. and Pay Rent Plan and all its officers, directors,
owners, agents, employees, vendors, subcontractors, information
providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any
and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by
you of these Terms of Use or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You shall cooperate as fully as
reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Pay Rent Plan reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense
and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter
without the written consent of Pay Rent Plan.
This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its
conflict of law principals. If you need to serve us with process, the name and address of our agent for service of process
is: Process Agent, Pay Rent Plan, 11659 Jones Rd. Pmb226, Houston, TX 77070. Any dispute arising hereunder or related to services provided by
Pay Rent Plan shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you and Pay Rent Plan agree to submit to the personal
and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Harris, Texas. The failure of Pay Rent Plan to
exercise or enforce any right or provision of law does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any right to, and agree not to, join in any class action against
Pay Rent Plan, its officers, representatives, vendors, or owners. If any part of this agreement is determined to be
invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.
Notwithstanding any other provision in this or any other agreement between the parties, the provisions of this agreement
shall prevail in the event of any conflict, and all non-conflicting terms and conditions contained in any other such
agreement are incorporated herein by this reference.
PAY RENT PLAN AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN PAY RENT PLAN WEBSITES FOR ANY
PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PAY RENT PLAN AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY DISCLAIM
ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
PAY RENT PLAN OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (OR, WITH RESPECT TO USE OF
INFORMATION CONTAINED ON PAY RENT PLAN OR ITS AFFILIATE'S WEBSITES, ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER), INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM DELAY,
INACCURATE INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER
TORTUOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN PAY RENT PLAN OR ITS
AFFILIATES WEBSITES, OR FROM Pay Rent Plan PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER.
Final Digital Signature: The Federal E-Sign Act (HR-1714):
The E-Sign Act grants electronic signatures and documents equivalent legal status as traditional handwritten signatures.
By completing our online Membership Agreement, you are certifying that your digital signature is the equivalent of your
handwritten signature. Furthermore, you agree that you have read all of the agreement and are agreeing to and signing
each section of this Membership Agreement with your digital signature. You further agree that you understand the agreement
and have read "Your Rights as a Consumer". Your "Internet Protocol" address will be used, tracked, and kept, as the physical
representation of your desire to be serviced by Pay Rent Plan and your agreement to these terms and our privacy policy.
The term of this agreement is for one year from the date of sign-up, and shall terminate in 12 months. You will be notified
by email and given the opportunity to continue with the Pay Rent Plan services for another year at additional cost. Pay Rent Plan is not liable for any changes in
your credit profile, which have an adverse affect on your credit rating. Pay Rent Plan is not liable for the actions of any companies
in partnership with, or which provide services at the request of Pay Rent Plan.
